Our notebook use high quality creamy or white paper,smooth on both sides and can advoid inkblots.The inner paper is sewn and glue bound,so it can be open 180 degree flat for easy writing.

1.Q:Are you a trading company or factory?
A: We are a factory making notebooks for +15 years.Our main business is in notebooks,yet we also manufacture office bags and other synthetic leather related products.We have our own sales,design,material purchase,production,QC and product delivery team.We can be your OEM or ODM.Our ultimate strength out of other company is we take quality and client opinions seriously and trying to have a long term coopperation with every client of us.You're welcome to give us a visit at any time.Our address is:Xigang Industrial Area,Xiashan Town,Chaonan Zone,Shantou,Guangdong, P.R.China.
2.Q:How do I get sample?
A:If you want a product sample before placing an order, we're happy to send you a stock sample at your request for your quality checking purpose.Normally stock sample is free of charge.
If you need us to do a new hand-made sample or mock-up as per your requirements, please provide all neccessary details beforehand to our sales person so that we know exactly how to do the sample and decide how much the sample needs to be charged based on its difficulty.However, fees for new sample is refundable after you place your order.Usually new samples take 7-10 days to be finished.
FEDEX, DHL,TNT,SF express are normally used.We can also use your designated courier.Please kindly help us pay the courier fee or provide your express delivery account for sending the samples.
3.Q:What is the MOQ?
A:
For RTS(use as is) products,MOQ is 25 pcs.
For customized items,the MOQ is normally 500 pieces but it also depends on the customization level.For our stock product which can be simply customized we even have MOQ of 50 pcs.So please don't care too much about MOQ at the beginning. Kindly let us know your requirements first and our professional sales managers will choose the best way to realize your needs under your requirements or budget limit.
So pls enquire us if you have any problem regarding anything.
4.Q:How do I place an order?
A:
For RTS products,you can place your order from your side with proper remarks.We will deliver the goods on time with quality.
For customized products,After all details such as product specifcation,price,trade term,payment term,delivery date etc. are confirmed,we normally will issue a link of purchase order via Chovm for your to pay.If you need us to do according to your payment method,please feel free to discuss with us.
5.Q:What are the incoterms and payment term?
A:We normally can offer you both ex-works price first(price for only product cost,delivery excluded) before we know more details.
We can also offer you FOB,C&F or other price as a factory with trading capability.But for trade terms related to sea freight,you may need proper quality.For sea freight,our main payment term is T/T,30% advance,70% balance settle before shipment or against B/L.We can use other terms under mutual agreement.Good cooperation is more important than formats.
If your quantity is not big or even small,we suggest you use express delivery and we can help calculate the cost for you.
6.Q:How long is the lead time?Do I need to worry about delivery date?
A:20 to 45 natural days(not working days)depending on the difficulty of product.Our production capability is 100,000 pcs of A5 size notebooks per month. Delivery date and quality is our bottom line,we can push it faster by adding in more skillful workers if you have special timing requirement.7.Q:What is your sales service like?
A:From the moment you place an order,we will track and monitor your order.We will let you know the most recent progress at your request.And we keep tracking until you have received it.After you receive the goods,we will execute your feedback and keep improving constantly.
